Saw that this company had lots of good comments on Nextdoor- so googled and yelpped them and they had all 5 stars. Called them about a water heater replacement in a historic home, in the pit basement - "no problem". The price was solid - less than some others I called - and I was given a not to exceed number - which I appreciate! Fernando showed up on time, kept to schedule, and was super polite and knowledgeable. He checked his work, showed me everything, registered my warranty, and didn't leave a big mess. Would absolutely recommend to others.
We had a slab leak and called the Wednesday before the long holiday weekend. Fernando came out to inspect the issue and was very thorough explaining the issue. He was also fair in explaining the options, which we went with repiping the whole house (it's an older home). His crew finished in one day and then we had dry wall crew the following day. All were efficient, courteous, and did an amazing job. Thank you so much for the great work!!

Great Service! Fernando replies quickly and arrived on time. He installed our new kitchen faucet perfectly and checked all our water lines in a very tight space. No more leaks! Will definitely use his services again.
I couldn’t rave about MCP enough. I came across them as a recommendation from a colleague some time ago and I’m so grateful I remembered when my plumbing issue started. I’ll start with the Customer Service: Fernando is friendly, has good & timely communication, is punctual and professional- he was also able to accommodate the service in a timely manner. My shower wasn’t functioning- didn’t provide water and had issues with temperature regulation. He assessed the issue, explained the problem and walked me through the “simple solution”; nothing about plumbing seems simple, but that’s why he’s the expert! 30 minutes later, I had a perfectly functioning shower. I’ve always hesitated when calling a plumber but Fernando was easy to work with, did great work & was extremely fair with pricing. Thank you for your expertise and help! I don’t typically write reviews but felt compelled to do so for the level of service provided…you’ve gained a long standing customer. Thanks again!
These guys are the best. They swapped out a cast iron sink that was fitted for a custom island kitchen. They really took care of the situation and cut the granite perfectly to put air gaps into the system as well. I am appreciative of their services.
I was recommended to Modern Culture Plumbing by a friend who has use their services before. Fernando always carries himself in a professional manner. I had an issue with my shower, hot water would only come out, no cold water. He showed up and fixed the issue and did not charge me extra for some parts that he used to fix the problem. Fernando and his company are first rate! If you are looking for excellent work, combined with excellent, friendly, and professional service, call them. I had a emergency leak at night, water dripping from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. I called around to 2-3 places and no one could come out that night on such short notice, which is completely understandable. Where Fernando was different and set himself apart was that he took the time to ask me questions about what happened and tried to help me diagnose the problem. He actually showed that he cared and wanted to help us fix the issue. He came out early the next morning to completely resolve the issue. Since then, he's helped us with fixing our shower. Again he went to great lengths to fix that issue, by ordering a hard to find part. Throughout our experience, he has been communicative, trustworthy, and has followed through on everything he said. I HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend Modern Culture Plumbing!

I am very happy to have had Fernando recommended to me. He has replaced outside shut-off valves and a toilet for me. He repaired another toilet and checked the third with a thumbs up on no need for repair or replacement there. He is smart, efficient, reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with. I recently had a fantastic experience with the plumber named Fernando. We had a valve issue, and he came out promptly to fix it. Not only did he address the problem right away, but he also ensured it was done correctly the first time, so we wouldn't have to deal with it again. Later, I encountered another issue with the drain for my washer dryer and called him again. He responded immediately and came to check it out. Fernando is incredibly pleasant to work with and maintains a high level of professionalism throughout. He sets the standard high, and if any other plumbing issues arise, I won’t hesitate to call him again. Highly recommend!
