I’ll start with the Customer Service: Fernando is friendly, has good & timely communication, is punctual and professional- he was also able to accommodate the service in a timely manner. My shower wasn’t functioning- didn’t provide water and had issues with temperature regulation. He assessed the issue, explained the problem and walked me through the “simple solution”; nothing about plumbing seems simple, but that’s why he’s the expert! 30 minutes later, I had a perfectly functioning shower. I’ve always hesitated when calling a plumber but Fernando was easy to work with, did great work & was extremely fair with pricing. Thank you for your expertise and help!
